Creating a portable version requires an active installation of NVDA on a Windows PC. Plug in your USB flash drive. Launch your existing desktop version of NVDA. Press NVDA Modifier Key + N to open the NVDA menu. Navigate to Tools, then select Create portable copy. Click Browse to select your USB drive directory.
